Eudo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Eudo Notes desktop application and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect the following types of information: account information (such as your name and email address), calendar event data (if you connect a calendar integration), audio recordings of meetings you choose to record, transcripts and AI-generated analysis derived from those recordings, information about the people you meet with (such as names and email addresses from calendar events), and messages you send through the in-app chat interface.

We also collect usage and analytics data, including session recordings for product improvement purposes, device information, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your meeting recordings or transcripts to train machine learning models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for transcription, AI processing, data storage, authentication, and calendar integration. These providers process your data only as necessary to operate the Service and in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We may share your information with these providers as needed to deliver the Service to you.

4. Google API Services

Eudo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Calendar data in read-only mode to display your upcoming meetings and associate calendar events with the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as described in this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
