Troubleshooting
- Eudo is connected but Claude doesn't use it. Turn Eudo on in the chat's connectors menu and mention your meetings in the question.
- Sign-in works but the connection fails. Claude access is being enabled account by account. Email us to turn it on.
- Claude asks you to sign in again or stops working. Go to Customize › Connectors › Eudo, disconnect, and connect again.
- A meeting can't be found. Only meetings recorded in Eudo are searchable. Try naming the person or a rough date.
